Enterprise Change Manager (Temporary 2-Year Term)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Based in the BC lower mainland, the College is seeking to hire a certified change management professional with at over 5 years of multi-sector experience spearheading organizational change and creating a comprehensive change management program/office that encompasses people and culture to take on the temporary full-time position of Enterprise Change Manager (ECM) for a 2-year term.

This new position is responsible for leading and managing organizational change efforts to ensure smooth transitions across the organization. Using proven change management methodologies, the ECM supports the realization of project goals, works collaboratively to minimize resistance, and is a forerunner for fostering a culture of adaptability across the College. Reporting to the Business Transformation Director, the ECM works with all levels of the organization to support change readiness, communication, and training, ensuring changes are implemented efficiently and effectively.

The ECM supports the College’s initiatives by developing best practise frameworks and strategies that are aligned with recognized change management frameworks like PROSCI. By working with Project Managers to embed change management principles into every phase of the project lifecycle, the ECM enables the success of the College’s projects. The ECM mitigates project failure risks by proactively identifying change-related challenges, addressing resistance, and fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 annually based on a 35-hour work week. The starting salary will be determined based on factors such as the successful candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience; salaries of other employees in the same salary range; market conditions and other relevant factors.
