Bylaw for Comment: Amendments to the PODSA Bylaws - Fee Schedule

The College is asking for your feedback on a proposed amendment to the Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Act (PODSA) Bylaws that will repeal and replace Schedule A – Fee Schedule (PODSA Fee Schedule) in accordance with the College’s 2025/26 budget as approved by the College Board.

The proposed amendment is open for public comment for a notice period closing on March 1, 2025.

BACKGROUND

The College Board may make bylaws under section 21(1) of the PODSA to determine requirements for the fees for making an application to issue, renew, or reinstate pharmacy licenses. These licensure fees must be consistent with the duties and objects of the College.
