Complaints And Concerns
The College of Pharmacists of BC is a regulatory College under the Health Professions and Occupations Act. Our mandate is to serve and protect the public at all times.
This includes ensuring that every licensed pharmacist and pharmacy technician practises pharmacy in a manner that provides the public with safe and effective pharmacy care.
Clients and members of the public who feel that they have received unsafe pharmacy care may contact the College regarding their concern.
Licensees (regulated health practitioners) have a duty to report any unsafe practice of another licensee.
