New Pharmacy Graduate - Canadian Universities (Non UBC)
If you are a recent pharmacy graduate from a Canadian University, here are the steps to register with the College.
- Pre-Register with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
You may apply for pre-registration in the final year of your pharmacy program or after you have graduated. Please allow up to 20 business days for your application to be processed.
Application for Pre-Registration - New Graduate (Canada) - Successfully complete the English Language Proficiency (ELP) assessment (if applicable)
ELP Information Guide - Successfully complete the Jurisprudence Examination (JE)
Exam Dates: Vancouver - February 23, 2015; Other - February 18, 2015

Apply for JE through eServices - Successfully complete the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC) Qualifying Exam – Part I and Part I
Visit the PEBC wesbite for more information. - Apply to be a full registered pharmacist
Submit the Application for Full Pharmacist Registration to the College
Congratulations! You're now a fully registered pharmacist. The College will send you a confirmation notice and issue a certificate of registration and annual registration card. Registration must be renewed annually.
