Pharmacy professionals do great work each and every day, but it is important to help educate other health professionals and the public during Pharmacist Awareness Month. Many organizations participated in a big way to champion the work of pharmacy professionals.
The Ontario Pharmacy Association created a new website for Pharmacy Awareness Month: www.pharmacistsoffermore.ca.
The new website offers information on how to become a pharmacist, the full range of services that pharmacists can offer, as well as important health information and tips and common questions.
A radio ad was also used to help support the launch of the website. Click here to listen to the ad.
The Nova Scotia Pharmacy Association created a 30-second informational ad that was broadcast on CTV television and online channels. It educates the public on a pharmacist’s full scope.
