College's 125th Anniversary Event: The Future of Pharmacy
The College is celebrating its 125th Anniversary this year and is hosting a full-day event in Kelowna, BC on Saturday, September 17, 2016 to mark the occasion.
There will be an informal evening reception prior to the event on Friday, September 16 following the Board meeting. This will be an opportunity for registrants to engage with the Board and College staff.
The celebratory theme is The Future of Pharmacy, and we are hard at work finalizing the day’s agenda. Current agenda items include:
- Keynote speaker Globe and Mail columnist André Picard
- Presentation on Physical Assessment for Pharmacists
- Presentation by First Nations Health Authority
- Presentation on Naloxone by BC Centre for Disease Control
- Panel on Digital Health moderated by André Picard

The day will close with a gala dinner. More details to come!
