Volunteers are currently needed for a number of committees and subcommittees that assist the College to meet its legislated mandate. The committees are primarily made up of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, with some public representation.
The College is seeking pharmacists and pharmacy technicians from all communities located throughout BC, working in all practice types - community, hospital, academia, long-term care, and administration to volunteer. We are looking for those who have an interest and experience in an area related to their committee of choice. For a list of all committees, subcommittees and their respective terms of reference, visit the following link:

Know a member of the public who might be interested in serving on a committee? Members of the public play a key role on College committees. In addition to a unique perspective, they help ensure transparency and bring a wider range of knowledge and skills to enhance the effectiveness of the committee. If you know someone who might be interested in volunteering and has an interest on serving on a committee, providing their perspective, and learning a lot about the pharmacy profession in the process, point them in our direction. Public members come from a wide variety of backgrounds, professions, ages, and experiences and we are always looking to widen that perspective. For the public, more information is available on our website by clicking here. |
