Training Self-Declarations Now Available in eServices
Registrants can now submit declarations of completion on eServices upon their successful completion of certain knowledge and training requirements in the College’s bylaws and Professional Practice Policies.
Self-declarations help the College verify that pharmacy professionals involved in certain aspects of community practice have the knowledge necessary to ensure patient safety.
Declarations are currently available for the following Professional Practice Policies:
- Professional Practice Policy 66: Methadone Maintenance Treatment
- Professional Practice Policy 67: Injectable Opioid Agonist Treatment
- Professional Practice Policy 69: Community Pharmacy Manager Education
How to Submit a Declaration of Completion
To submit a declaration of completion, log onto your eServics account, click on “My Profile,” and select “My Declaration.”
