Discipline Hearing January 21, 2016 - To Be Rescheduled

Hearings of the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia are open to the public except where, upon application by one of the parties involved, it is determined that the proceedings, or part thereof, should be closed.

Hearing notifications will include

• the full name of the registrant
• a full citation, and 
• the date, time and location of the hearing.

Hearing notifications will not include identifiers of the complainant and any other third parties.

Guests are required to pre-register by calling 604.733.2440 and must arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the hearing in order to sign the guest register.
